What is Afghanistan national dress?

Men's national dress:

* Pīrāhan tunbān and karakul hat:

* Pīrāhan tunbān: A loose shirt (pīrāhan) tied at the waist and paired with baggy trousers (tūnbān). The ensemble commonly falls above the ankles.

* Karakul hat: Also known as "pakol" or "afghani hat,"

It usually falls just above the ears for an informal look.

Women's national dress:

* Burqa:

* Full-body covering garment covering the face except for a mesh, net, or grate covering the eyes. Some burqas include gloves to ensure hands remain obscured as well. Burqas are often a deep blue but come in several shades. Most of these are full in body without the fitted silhouette typical of some other countries.

* Chadari: Similar to burqas that only the eyes visible through a thin fabric screen of a rectangular piece of cotton covering head to toe without showing contours of body underneath
