Where can someone exchange Yugoslavia Dinars notes for US currency?

It is no longer possible to exchange Yugoslav Dinars for US currency. The Yugoslav dinar was withdrawn in 1994, when Yugoslavia split. The official currencies of the successor states are the Serbian dinar, the Croatian kuna, the Bosnian mark, the Republic of Macedonia denar, and the Montenegro euro.
