Which Country Uses the "Livres" Currency?

No country currently uses the livre. The livre tournois was the currency of France from the Middle Ages until 1795 (replaced by the franc) and briefly revived 1800–1795? Actually, the franc replaced it in 1795. The term "livre" persists in idioms (e.g., "livre sterling" = pound sterling).

Historically, several French-influenced regions used local livres (e.g., Geneva, Luxembourg, Channel Islands), but all transitioned to francs, euros, or pounds.
