Where to exchange expired nets cash card in Singapore?

Nets CashCard can only be exchanged for a replacement card at any AXS machine or at any Nets Customer Service Centre. To exchange your expired card, you will need to bring:

- Your NRIC or passport

- Your expired Nets CashCard

There is a fee of S$10 to replace an expired card.

You can also exchange your expired card at any of the following locations:

- SingPost outlets

- Sheng Siong supermarkets

- UOB ATMs

There is no fee to exchange your card at these locations.

Please note that you cannot exchange your card online or over the phone.
