2. First name
3. Middle initial
4. Social security number
5. Phone Number
6. Address Information
Scroll down and click the "I am eligible for UI from another state" checkbox at the bottom of the page and select "California" from the drop-down menu.
Review the additional information at the bottom of the page and click "Continue" to create your account and begin the process of filing your Nevada unemployment benefits claim.
