Travel Card Address Change: Notify DTMO

Tom, as a Department of Defense (DoD) Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) holder, must notify the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) of his address change after transferring from Edwards AFB, CA to Offutt AFB, NE.

How to Update

1. DTMO Website: Log in to defensetravel.dod.mil → “Travel Card” → “Update Profile/Address.”
2. GTCC Vendor Portal (Citi or Amex): Also update mailing address directly with the card-issuing bank (CitiManager or Amex Global Corporate Payments).
3. Unit/Agency Program Coordinator (APC): Inform your local APC—they sync with DTMO records.
4. Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS): Update via myPay for pay/travel entitlements.

Why It Matters

• Statements, replacement cards, and official correspondence go to the address on file.
• Incorrect address = missed payments, delinquency, card suspension.
• Per DoD Financial Management Regulation (Vol 9, Ch 3), cardholders must maintain current contact info.

Do it within 10 business days of relocation.
