The hotel has a restaurant within the complex, but it only cooks meals when serving groups, and traditional Turkish breakfast is included in the price. Artuklu Kervansarayi is in a historical building in the center of the city with a restaurant that serves traditional cuisine and has a large sun terrace. The rooms have stone walls and hardwood floors and come with their own private bathroom. The rooms have air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, minibar and TV. The Yay Grand is centrally located within the city and is one of the larger hotels with 105 rooms. It has an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a Turkish bath, gym, free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and satellite TV. It has a more contemporary atmosphere than some of the smaller hotels in the city, such as the Erdoba Konaklari. The rooms come with a private bathroom and buffet style breakfast is included.
