What is a traditional Christmas gift in Denmark?

In Denmark, traditionally the most common gift item during Christmas is the Julekalender, a Christmas calendar. It is a cardboard calendar with 24 doors that you can open from December 1st until December 24th. Often it contains chocolate, but it can be anything really, such as toys, candy, or small puzzles.
