Where does a cross fox live?

Cross foxes live in North America, from Alaska and Canada to the northern United States. They prefer to live in coniferous forests, but can also be found in mixed forests and other types of woodlands. They are most common in areas with a lot of cover, such as thickets, brush piles, and fallen trees.
