Is Alaska in the arctic ocean?

Alaska is not in the Arctic Ocean. It is located in North America and borders the Arctic Ocean to the north. The Arctic Ocean is located at the top of the world and is surrounded by Canada, Alaska, Greenland, Norway, Russia, and the United States.
