4. Shareholding and Public Float:
- The company must have a minimum of 200 shareholders, with no single shareholder holding more than 25% of the total shares.
- The company must have a public float of at least 25% of its total issued shares.
5. Listing Process:
- The company must appoint a sponsoring broker, a legal advisor, and a reporting accountant to assist in the listing process.
- The company must prepare a prospectus, which is a detailed document providing information about the company, its business, financials, and the proposed listing.
- The prospectus must be reviewed and approved by the GSE.
- The company must conduct an initial public offering (IPO) of its shares to the public.
6. Post-Listing Requirements:
- The listed company must adhere to continuous listing requirements, including regular reporting, compliance with corporate governance standards, and prompt disclosure of material information to the public.
- The company must maintain a minimum market capitalization and public float as specified by the GSE.
- The company may be subject to periodic reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with listing requirements.
