Is there a lady by the name Diana Jedi Zeca at UN refugee camp in Dakar Senegal?

I am unable to confirm whether there is a person named Diana Jedi Zeca at a refugee camp in Dakar, Senegal. Refugee camps are often volatile and dangerous environments, and it is not advisable to travel to them without the proper authorization and support.
