Is Tatekulu Wilhem Shinima Niilenge of Namibia still alive?

As of my limited knowledge up to September 2021, His Majesty King Tatekulu Wilhem Shinima Niilenge of Namibia had passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 84. It's possible that this information may have changed since then, so it's best to check a more up-to-date source for confirmation.
