Who is killing in Rwanda genicide?

During the Rwanda genocide of 1994, the main perpetrators of the killings were Hutu militias and government forces, who were mainly responsible for the deaths of around 800,000 Tutsi people, as well as moderate Hutu who opposed the genocide.
