Where are karakoram mountains located?

The Karakoram mountain range is located partly in India, mostly in Gilgit-Baltistan of Pakistan and partly in Xinjiang (China). It is one of the largest mountain ranges in the world. The word _Karakoram_ means _gravelly or black stones._
