Why do most of Egypts people live in the Nile Valley?

Most Egyptians live in the Nile Valley and Delta because it is the most fertile and habitable part of the country. The Nile River provides water for irrigation, transportation, and drinking. The soil in the Nile Valley is very rich and fertile, making it ideal for agriculture. The climate in the Nile Valley is also relatively mild, with hot summers and cool winters.
