What is the most commonly used language in Sahara?

There is no one single language that is most commonly used in the Sahara. The vast majority of people who live in the Sahara speak a variety of different languages, including Arabic, Berber, Fulfulde, Hausa, and Songhay. There are also a number of smaller languages spoken in the region, such as Tuareg, Tamachek, and Kanuri.
