Who won the Civil War in Rwanda?

The Rwandan Civil War was fought between the Hutu and Tutsi ethnic groups in Rwanda. The war began in 1990 and lasted until 1994 when the Tutsi-led Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) defeated the Hutu-led government.
