Is there any representatives in Guam?

Guam is a U.S. territory and, as such, does not have any voting representatives in the U.S. Congress. However, Guam does have a non-voting delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives. The current delegate is Madeleine Z. Bordallo, a Democrat. Bordallo has served as Guam's delegate since 2003. She is the first woman to hold this position.

The delegate from Guam has the same privileges as other members of the House, except that they cannot vote on the floor of the House. However, they can introduce bills and resolutions, and they can participate in debates and committee work. The delegate from Guam also serves on a number of House committees, including the Committee on Natural Resources, the Committee on Veterans' Affairs, and the Committee on Small Business.

The delegate from Guam is an important voice for the people of Guam in the U.S. Congress. They work to ensure that the needs and concerns of Guam residents are heard and addressed.
