Is it possible that HAARP the agency specialises in study of ionosphere may have played a part recent Queensland Australia floods?

There is no evidence to suggest that the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) played any role in the recent Queensland floods. HAARP is a scientific research program that studies the ionosphere and its effects on radio communications. It does not have the capability to cause or influence weather patterns.

The Queensland floods were caused by a combination of factors, including heavy rainfall, a high-pressure system over the Tasman Sea, and La Niña weather patterns. These factors led to an increased amount of moisture in the atmosphere, which resulted in heavy rainfall and flooding.
