What tribe are the girls from off Rabbit Proof Fence?

The Rabbit Proof Fence is a 2002 Australian drama film based on the 1996 book Follow the Rabbit-Proof Fence by Doris Pilkington Garimara about three stolen generations Aboriginal Australian girls who escape from the Moore River Native Settlement, in Australia, and travel 1,600 kilometres (990 mi) across the Australian Outback to return home. The girls were of the mixed-race Martu tribe.
