Who is the leader of Puerto Rico?

The current leader of Puerto Rico is Pedro Pierluisi, who has been the Governor of Puerto Rico since 2021. He is a member of the New Progressive Party (PNP) and was previously the Resident Commissioner of Puerto Rico in the United States House of Representatives from 2009 to 2021. Prior to that, he held various positions in the government of Puerto Rico, including Secretary of Justice from 2003 to 2004.
