Who is the ministry of Education in Puerto Rico?

There is no Ministry of Education in the government of Puerto Rico. The Department of Education is the entity responsible for the island's education system. Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory and, therefore, the federal government also has influence over the island's education system through laws, regulations, funding, and other administrative mandates.
