Where are the Aleutians Islands?

The Aleutian Islands, a chain about 3,400 km (2,100 mi) long, stretches westward and southwest. The island curve follows the continental shelf break between Alaska and a basin occupied by the northernmost portion of the deep Pacific and the Bering Sea.
