Holy Island - how to get there?

By car:

- From the A1, take the A19出口 at Alnwick.

- Follow the signs for Holy Island and the A1068.

- Cross the causeway to the island.

By public transport:

- Take the train to Berwick-upon-Tweed station.

- From Berwick-upon-Tweed station, take the Arriva X18 bus to Holy Island.

Additional tips:

- The causeway to Holy Island is only open at certain times of day, so be sure to check the tide times before you travel.

- There is a parking fee for cars on Holy Island.

- There are no petrol stations on Holy Island, so be sure to fill up before you cross the causeway.
