Will Antarctica ever be tropical again?

Antarctica will never be tropical again because the tectonic plates carrying Antarctica have moved too far from the equator to allow for tropical conditions. Currently, at the equator, the average temperature is between 25° to 28°C. On the contrary, Antarctica is a continent located at the South Pole and is covered with ice sheets, with an average temperature below 0°C.
