where does chambal river originates from?

Chambal River originates from Janapav, a place near Mhow of Indore district in Madhya Pradesh state of India. It flows northwest through Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan states before joining Yamuna on the common border of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh states.
