Who was the first president to cross Atlantic ocean?

Franklin D. Roosevelt was the first sitting President of the United States to fly in an aircraft. However, he never actually flew over the Atlantic Ocean, though several other presidents had done so prior to his presidency, including Franklin Delano Roosevelt himself, while he was serving as Assistant Secretary of the Navy.
