Is the United Arab Emirates in Persian Gulf?

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is not located in the Persian Gulf. It is situated on the southeastern coast of the Arabian Peninsula, along the Arabian Gulf (a branch of the Indian Ocean). The Persian Gulf is located to the northwest of the UAE, between Iran and the Arabian Peninsula.
