Suncadia Resort is a 6,400-acre planned resort community located in Cle Elum, Kittitas County, Washington, United States, within the foothills of the Cascade Range, 80 miles (129 km) east of Seattle and 25 miles (40 km) west-southwest of Wenatchee. Developed in the early 2000s by Suncadia, LLC, the resort hosts two distinct areas: the Village at Suncadia and the Lodge at Suncadia, connected by a two-lane, gated scenic road. The resort includes three 18-hole public golf courses, a private golf course, two pools, a spa, a marina, an equestrian center, and a variety of other amenities and services.
