Where is Palermo?

Palermo is the capital city of both the autonomous region of Sicily and the Metropolitan City of Palermo. Located on the north coast of Sicily facing the Tyrrhenian Sea, it is the fifth-largest city in Italy, with a population of around 673,735 inhabitants in its administrative limits and over 1,285,137 in its metropolitan area making it the 3rd largest metropolitan city in Southern Italy.
