Cuba is an island country located in the Caribbean Sea. It is bordered by the Bahamas to the north, Jamaica and the Cayman Islands to the west, and Haiti to the east. To the south, Cuba lies just 145 km (90 miles) north of Jamaica and 215 km (135 miles) south of Key West, Florida, in the United States.
