Where is Redlight areas in Venezuela?

Prostitution is legal in Venezuela but is highly regulated by the government. It must be carried out in private and may not happen on the public roads. There is no official 'Red Light District', but there are areas in Caracas, Maracaibo, Valencia and Ciudad Guayana known for having a high concentration of brothels and prostitutes.
