Staten Island (Richmond County) is the least populated of New York City's five boroughs, with approximately 476,000 residents (2020 Census).

For comparison (2020): Brooklyn ~2.7M, Queens ~2.4M, Manhattan ~1.7M, Bronx ~1.5M. Staten Island is also the most suburban in character.
