The Benelux countries are located in Western Europe, and comprise three countries:
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Luxembourg
They are bordered by Germany to the east, France to the south, and the North Sea to the north and west.
On the Globe:
On a globe, the Benelux countries are located in the northwestern part of Europe.
- Belgium is slightly larger in size compared to the Netherlands, and Luxembourg is the smallest of the three.
- The Netherlands lies to the north of Belgium, and Luxembourg is nestled between Belgium and the eastern borders of France and Germany.
- The Benelux countries are well-connected by roads, railways, and waterways, making it easy to travel between them.
