No cars are allowed in Venice, Italy. As the center of Venice is entirely car-free, motorized vehicles like automobiles and motorcycles are prohibited (other than city-designated emergency vehicles, and public transportation).
While the city does allow some vehicles within the city limits, for example, vehicles designated as public transportation, it is against the law for the average person to drive a car within the city.
