Why were the Jews banished from every country of Europe at one time or other?

The Jews were not banished from every country in Europe at one time or another. In fact, Jews have lived continuously in Europe for over 2,000 years. While it is true that Jews have faced persecution and discrimination throughout their history in Europe, including expulsions from certain countries, not every European country has banished Jews at some point.
