Notes

• No direct flights from Saba (SAB) or Sint Eustatius (EUX) — connect via SXM or CUR.
• Pre-clearance at CUR (US CBP) — arrive MIA as domestic.
• SXM: Princess Juliana Airport — famous low approach over Maho Beach.
