Was all successful early European explorers was from Italy?
Not all successful early European explorers were from Italy. While Italy did produce many notable explorers, such as Christopher Columbus, Amerigo Vespucci, and John Cabot, many other European countries also had successful explorers during the Age of Exploration. These include Portugal (Vasco da Gama, Ferdinand Magellan), Spain (Hernán Cortés, Francisco Pizarro), England (John Davis, Henry Hudson), France (Samuel de Champlain, Jacques Cartier), and the Netherlands (Willem Barents, Henry Hudson).
