There are no countries in Scandinavia that are peninsulas.

Scandinavia consists of the kingdoms of Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, as well as the autonomous regions of the Faroe Islands and the Åland Islands.

Although most of these are geographically peninsulas, their political entities exceed their peninsulas.
