Are the French smarter than English?

It is impossible to say that one group of people is smarter than another. Intelligence is a complex trait that is influenced by many factors, including genetics, environment, education, and motivation. There is no single measure of intelligence, and different people may excel in different areas. Furthermore, intelligence is not a static trait, but can change over time. Therefore, it is impossible to make any definitive statements about the intelligence of French or English people.
