How has did the Renaissance influence Islamic Spain?

While Islamic Spain or Al-Andalus did experience cultural flourishing during its existence, the era of the Renaissance originated and occurred in Europe during the 14th to 17th centuries. The Renaissance influenced European art, literature, philosophy, and science, but it had no direct influence on Islamic Spain, as the Iberian peninsula was under Catholic rule during that time.
