Group Executive Committee
The Group Executive Committee (GEC) is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Bank. It is composed of the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and the following Group Heads:

Risk and Compliance is responsible for ensuring that the Bank complies with all relevant laws and regulations. It also oversees the Bank's risk management processes.
People, Culture, and Shared Services
People, Culture, and Shared Services is responsible for the Bank's human resources, corporate communications, and information technology functions.
Strategy and Transformation
Strategy and Transformation is responsible for developing and executing the Bank's strategic plan. It also oversees the Bank's transformation programs.
Legal and Governance
Legal and Governance is responsible for providing legal advice to the Bank and its employees. It also oversees the Bank's corporate governance practices.
Group Company Secretary
The Group Company Secretary is responsible for the Bank's corporate secretarial functions, including:
* Maintaining the Bank's register of members
* Preparing and sending out notices of meetings
* Filing documents with the relevant authorities
