    • Chester Creek Loft is an 850 square foot, two-bedroom apartment. The bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and two twin-sized beds along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The apartment is fully furnished, and includes a full kitchen, laundry and one bathroom. For larger groups, guests may wish to rent the downstairs suite for additional sleeping room. This property has a no-smoking and no-pets policy.

    Loft Rates

    • As of January, 2011, Chester Creek Loft rental rates are based on a two-night minimum for the summer season from May 1 to Sept. 30. Rates vary depending on nightly, weekly or monthly stays. Off season, from Oct. 1 to April 31, rates are roughly half price and a one-week minimum stay is required. Winter leases include utilities, phone and garbage service and snow removal. Guests must pay an additional $60 housekeeping fee. A 50 percent deposit of the total rental cost is due upon making the reservation.
