Three cards are placed face down on a surface. The dealer invites the player to bet which card is the money card, face-up lady, queen, or ace. The dealer quickly moves the cards around, making it appear difficult to track the money card.
The dealer will then remove two of the cards, revealing that the player made the wrong choice. The dealer will then offer to double the player's bet if they can choose the correct card the second time. If they agree and guess wrong again, they lose their entire bet.
However, the trick involves misdirection and sleight of hand. The dealer uses subtle movements to control which card the player selects. The player never has a chance of winning, as the dealer can manipulate the cards to always end up with the money card.
