Value of 10,000 Brazilian Cruzados in US Dollars

The Brazilian cruzado (BRC) is an obsolete currency replaced by the cruzeiro real (1993) and later the real (BRL, 1994). As a historical conversion, 10,000 cruzados (BRC) ≈ US$1.00 (about 99¢) based on the exchange rate at the time of demonetization.

Today, the cruzado has no legal tender value and cannot be exchanged at banks. It holds only numismatic (collector) value, which varies by condition and rarity.
