Did Peruvians use horses to carry things?

The answer is: no

Horses were introduced to the Americas by the Spanish in the 16th century. Prior to that, the only equines in the Americas were wild horses that had been brought over from Europe by humans thousands of years earlier. These horses were not domesticated, and so were not used for transportation or other purposes by the indigenous peoples of the Americas.
