Where does most of Mexico water come from?

Most of Mexico's water comes from precipitation. The country has a wide range of precipitation patterns, with some areas receiving heavy rainfall and others receiving very little. The Sierra Madre Occidental and the Sierra Madre Oriental are the two main mountain ranges in Mexico, and they receive the most precipitation. The country also has several major rivers, including the Rio Grande and the Colorado River, which provide water for agriculture and industry. In addition, Mexico has several aquifers, which are underground reservoirs of water. These aquifers provide water for drinking, irrigation, and industrial use.
