Is it a fact that New Mexico produce almost half of the nation uranium?

New Mexico does not produce almost half of the nation's uranium. Wyoming produces the majority of uranium in the United States, accounting for over 50% of domestic production. New Mexico is the second-largest uranium-producing state, but its share of domestic production is significantly lower than Wyoming's.
