How far is Baja California from San Diego?

The Baja California Peninsula starts right next to San Diego at the US-Mexico border. Tijuana sits directly south of San Diego and, while there is no bridge you can drive over, you can go through the Tijuana Port of Entry or cross at San Ysidro.
